I like it miguel...I think you should shorten the dialog...maybe even dissect it...cut it up and manipulate it a little. Also I think I would brink back the original break for the last few minutes.

It's very smooth and soothing. I'm not fond of the opening beat - it's not warm enough for the rest of the piece. I think a softer kick with maybe some brushes replacing your snare might make it more gentle. I like the overall feel though.
