Radio shizz
First off, the ever lovely Annie Nightingale once again played my remix of the Beat Assassins' Generation MTV on her BBC Radio 1 show and proclaimed it to be one of the best remixes of the year - needless to say I am absolutely stoked! Big ups Annie!
Speaking of radio exposure, my remix of Stylus Rex and Electrotec's Quasi was played by Jay Cunning on his Kiss Fm show last week. It's just been released on Control Breaks and has received a 4 star review in DJ Mag. You can buy it on Beatport and all other digital download sites.
Shows
December is shaping up to be quite a big month with two massive gigs.
13th December, Break Nation D'luxe in Torremolinos - Spain with Plump DJs, Krafty Kuts, NAPT, Hybrid and many others.
19th December, the fantastic Headthrash at my favourite London club Fabric - once again the lineup is huge with Plump DJs, Skream, Slyde, General MIDI, Hannah Holland, Tayo, Sick Rick and many more!
Also, I have a NYE gig in London which has just been confirmed. It's the Supatronix vs. Rockit Science bash in a very posh venue, The Courtyard - should be another banging night.
Tunes
I have just finished remixing a hot tune from notorious breaks pusher Jurassik, who runs the legendary London night Supatronix. He has just started a new label (aptly called Supatronix records) and has drafted in yours truly for remix duties with more re-tweaking courtesy of Joebot. The tune is called "How to pick up chicks" and it should be out fairly soon so keep your ears peeled!
Also in the works is a remix for the Groove Diggerz and others to follow, plus a remix I've done for B_Phreak which should finally get a release shortly. More originals are also to come in the not too distant future.
