Yes, when you don't know what to say, refer to the Lord's prayer. There's power in those words.
Ask God to look after the one's that you love. Ask God to present you with opportunities to help others who are in need.

That's what I do.

2 years ago today it snowed in Iraq.. one thing I am sure to pray for and I hope everyone else dose 2 is for the people and soldiers in Iraq... I pray that the conflict will be resolved swiftly and the new government will take heed to Christian Values..
