"WOW! That sounds great! I can't wait to listen to that again," said no one.

I put your track in a mix earlier today. I'll let you listen to it on the way to Blue Room tonight.

It was very cool to hear my track mixed in with something. Thanks for that!! Hopefully one day I'll have something that is actually club worthy by the Jacksonville standards.

bumpin' for my new track, "Pride." This one was composed completely underwater and is my patriotic homage to my last strategic deterrent patrol.

Enjoy!

Collapsed Theories

Post by damon noyes »

i listened to your track "collapsed theories"and it sort of reminded me of autechre a tad bit when it started off.....in my book thats good....you seem to have a good knack at creativity which goes a long way in this game....the vox parts were a cool element to hear also....went with the name of the track in a way.only thing i could say is that the overall level was a bit a low....which is okay because that can allways be fixed.as far as the timing and arrangement -cant really say much bad because its really not a dance track, and the rules can be broken a good bit-good work overall i say.my questions are- what are you using to write your tracks ,and are you using stereo speakers to monitor your mixes, or speakers with a flat frequency response?there is a crucial difference with those two types of speakers- as far as how your tracks may sound on other speakers-also heres a great link to an organization called mutek that you may know about -or not) mutek makes alot happen....check it out,i think you will dig the artist roster...audio archives and knowledge.....every year mutek thows a huge festival in canada that is unreal................http://www.mutek.ca/ keep up the good work d-

very nice improvements.the volume was plenty loud and i noticed the density of the tracks were much thicker.....may be a lil to much low end here and there ,but thats ok....i may have something you could use...check your messages..

I invite you all to preview Summer Winds and please let me know what you think. (Soundclick re-encodes the mp3, so the sound isn't the best. But if you like it, just ask me for a higher quality file and you'll get one.)

OR Listen via demostream

For my own personal entertainment, I remixed a track that I thought would be fun. I have shared it with a few people and oddly enough received positive feedback, so I figured I would post a link.

Tune in to Demostreams to hear:
