Wish Mia and I could do that, but we are going to be there for a few days. She is going to be doing promo work for Urb Mag at WMC and we need a place to stay. If anyone wants to share a hotel or has info about hotels, please pm or email me. Thanks.

try priceline.com, dont be afraid to stay downtown either, there some really nice hotels that you can get good deals if you cant find anything on southbeach. if you do stay downtown i know a little secret about parking if your near the hyatt regency. if not parking can be upto 20 a night =( but that is also on south beach too. we are staying at the ocean surf not right on south beach but i think they are full already, check out tripadvisor.com to find out the scoop on some hotels!

http://www.travelocity.com gives awesome user reviews.

i don't recommend staying in downtown, unless the only event you will be attending is ultra.

but that's just my opinion. navigating into sobe and getting across that beach after 6pm is nearly impossible and so is finding parking.

last year, we were on 21st and collins and it was still horrible to travel. this year, we're on 10th and washington and that's a much better location for me.

hotels are limited right now so i guess if you have to stay in downtown..it will be worth it. yes, you'll save money on the hotel but the aggravation from trying to navigate back and forth may not be worth it.

try this site as well: http://www.flausa.com
http://www.hotwire.com as well

We booked online so the price was good. Of course got gigged if we tried to cancel. Web pix deceiving. Had to put up with dirty rooms and windows. Staff was incompetent and lazy. For three days! I'll stick to the chain hotels.

Very Bad Experience

Warm welcome from the lady at the door selling entertainment tickets, unfortunately I wasn't able to get the same from one who works there. Rooms were absolutely filthy. Pool was also filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned. None of the irons I rented worked, so I had to borrow a neighbor's. I was so happy to go home and take a real shower.

also, the dates to wmc were announced REALLY late this year.

hard to book a hotel using sites like orbitz, travelocity, and/or expedia because they have you PRE-PAY for the hotels in advance.

just a thought.

Mia just got the promo gig for Urb Mag just a few days ago (read prior post). So we are doing the planning now. Since she got free WMC tickets and we are working on getting a hotel now, I think everything will be fine. Thanks.

every place has their ups and downs, ive stayed there before bro, and i know it is nice from experience...... the reviews are made by rival hotels who wish to bash them bro, thats the biz. every place has shitty reviews mang, thats jus how it goes. i only chose it because i have stayed there before and it was nice. word.
