We're really proud to present the 20th release on Ground Level, and to mark the occasion we've brought out the bigs guns!
Ground Level started in 2007 as a breakbeat label, but quickly developed to the sound the label puts out today encompassing Electro, Fidget, Dubstep, Hip Hop and Breaks.
Si Biddle is a new signing for Ground Level, he originally came to our attention when he remixed the Shopliftas 'Disko' track last year. As one half of the Wannabe DJs he's played all over the UK and had releases and remixes out previously on Tokyo Rising, Cr2 and Electric Sushi.
What the Time? is a late night affair with an enormous build leading into low-slung bassline and reggae vocals. On the remix we've got man of the moment WILL BAILEY, who has taken the original and made it more into a ghetto crunk affair with syncopated groove and fat 808 kicks!
