I dunno. She looks pretty happy. She knew she was being filmed, so she was hamming it up. Therefore, you're laughing with her, not at her. No harm in that. Fat people all over the world have a knack for overcoming having a low self esteem by making people laugh. Whether it's a medical problem or not, doesn't really matter. Some of the funniest people in the world have been fat.
