Why was I paying 2.25 for something that could be much, much cheaper to make on my own...
so now that im at home and caffinated, my brain started to ponder...the ingredients on the back of the redbull are all available at GNC or any other health/vitiman store, it contains:
Ingredients: carbonated water, sucrose, glucose, sodium citrate, taurine, glucuronolactone, caffeine, inositol, niacin, D-pantothenol, pyridoxine HCL, vitamin B12, artificial flavours, colors...
But my energy drink could be even better...I researched supplements online and I also could add anything from Ginseng to Ephedra and find the perfect balance of stimulation and taste to get me up in the morning...
Ah but what to combine it with? I'm thinking it may be easier to combine it with Gatorade *MIX* not, actual gatorade, seeing as how I will need to dissolve several powders into the water...I'm thinking about making something, or at least attempting to, its legal and it could save me alot of money spent on energy drinks...has anyone tried to make their own energy drink at home? How did it come out? Let's hear your advice/ideas, perhaps if it tastes good enough we can market it and sell it
