Ino: you need to work a little harder on your mixes. Your sound is awesome- you have a lot of energy just practice a little bit more and you be great. You should consider keeping you mixes off the board until your a little bit more accomplished. Regardless of your history of Dj'ing - Jacksonville isn't ready for you yet. Keep it real and invest some more time in your supposed passion and forget what these other mofo's say. You do have some skills. Just fine tune them.

Generally I expect no encouragement from anyone on the board. Thanks for your kind words. Though not what I expected definatley appreciative. I just picked up some cheap Numarks. Compared to Technics they really do suck! Oh well at least I have something to listen to my records on. Anyhow, I have a revised demo that I will probably upload to take the place of this one. I think I cut the bass on a couple of song prematurley, and well the song selection wasnt' as good as I intended. I guess thats what practicing is all about. Getting better, and improving on fixable mistakes.
Im not trying to own anyone, but thanks ecoli. Dolla needs to be 0wn3d! hahaha Ino and I have talked numerous times through pm's about that I think and what I have just posted. Im not trying to belittle him, but I do think that those are some really good points.
Ino, anytime you want to battle, you know Im up for it.
Ecoli, we needs to go get some drunks bro! We could bring Kat, but I think she would keep all the drinks to herself.

i played at a party once with some stanton tables, and pretty much trainwrecked every mix. it is extremely difficult to play on anything but techs once you have used them for a while. i eventually just put on a cd. very embarassing.
dude, invest in some 1200's, you can buy them used for pretty cheap if you keep you eye out.
