Ok to answer a question of Dawn...not the same roommate. This is new one that moved in after Greg got a job with the airlines.

And who is Annie??? Cute?? Single?? Like Drum and Bass??

And yes...I think written contract might be the best option. This way everything is out in the open and there is no grey area on things. We will see though. I did talk with my roommate about it and we both agreed that he can't bring the dog and has to live by our rules. If he doesn't like it then he is on his own!
