last year their party was rsvp/free. they had a list but were not checking names at all, just letting everybody in. i'd play it safe and do the email rsvp if they announce that it's rsvp but it might not matter.

the movim/basic party @ the kent hotel were by rsvp only. if you didn't put yourself on the guest list you weren't allowed inside. the party was free but rsvp entry only.
