I've had seaweed salad before, but I don't like wasabi or any hot stuff for that matter. I am going to learn how to cook with tofu this summer, so that should be fun.

i remember my grampa used to go for walk
at 6am to buy "fresh" tofu.... didnt see any apeciality though

i like having tofu with miso soup, with salad,
and of course with soysource, green onion and bonito flakes

there was a tofu man in japan
kind of like an ice cream man in US
my grampa was a big fun of this.
anyway, i couldnt find any difference b/w
fresh tofu and usual todu at grocery store.

but i want u to go to asian marked and get bonito flakes
they are toooo gooood

i once had fresh bonita that was lighty cooked, it was made by this lady named yoshi. she was my moms bestfriends mother. anywho, the bonita tasted like cat piss.
