Over 150 acts will perform during this full day music festival in Jacksonville, FL. Located in Jacksonville Metropolitan Park, a waterfront venue with boat access, this festival will accommodate over 10,000 people comfortably. Located on the St. Johns River adjacent to Alltel Stadium, this outdoor venue is close to Downtown lodging and entertainment. Major headliners will include Live PA and large stage shows plus Hip-Hop Superstars.
