The prolific duo of Andrew Phelan & George Cochrane (aka Origami) have been on quite a roll of late, appearing in the pages of DJ Mag, iDJ and DMC Update, on the airwaves of Kiss FM and Juice FM, and on the playlists of DJ globe trotters Mark Farina, Laurent Garnier, Funk D’Void, Luke Solomon, Colette, Robert Owens, Roger Sanchez and DJ Heather. New single ‘Haterade’ re-unites the two with San Francisco soulstress Audio Angel for a banging set of tracks filled with tech beats and spoken word lyrics. Scope headlines the remixes, turning in an epic deep and techy rework that shows why he’s been nominated for Beatport’s ‘2009 Best Deep House Artist’ award. The Fingermonsters are once again are allowed to run riot in the studio and completing the line-up are fellow bay area residents Bass Cadet and Eric Sharp.
