I'm a Firefox kind of guy... The banner doesn't move with FF, using IE it will scroll off with the page. And I checked it with Safari on a Mac and it works as it should. Looks like Mozilla hates the code.

I use firefox. All 3.5 or better. IE, I found that it does scroll off the screen and havent the slightest on how to fix it. Safari and Chrome also display well.

Still looking into it.

I even have a Really hard time signing in b/c it is RIGHT THERE in my way : (
