CD Review...Keep It Guilty
There is a fine line that is drawn today in Rap music. On one side are the underground poets that tell stories about what they see in their daily lives and make a political statement at times about it. On the other are those who push the commeralized thoughts of gangsta or bling in an attempt for record sales. I feel that Stinkarelli has made the attempt at the second with his release here. The biggest problem with commeralized rappers is that they are not giving a message out. "Young G's" is a prime example of hearing the same beats and lyrics that have been a plague to the airwaves for almost now a decade. You can be hard without having to write about smoking weed and shooting fools...no need to drop an "N-Bomb" every five lines. I may be the only black guy who thinks this, but release hip hop please. I can hear that you have talent in some of your lyrics. I only ask that you show it! Stinkarelli...I find you Keep it Guilty of releasing the same old rap that I use as a coster in my house.

Keep it Guilty?
well i guess I'm "guilty" as charged
u judged this entire album behind 1 song?
theres 19 songs on the album!!!!
listen to number 1 damn MASTERMIND
not one "n-bomb" and Jesus the last song and The Magillacutty#12
man this was a bogus review
theres no mention of production or any thing constructive for that matter
and to top it off u misspelled the album title
what a disappointment............just for your reading pleasure
ill post my lyrics to young g's
Damn dog I'm out here nose to the grindstone
don't sweat the small stuff let by gones be bye gones
who's to say who's right? who's to say who's wrong?
only GOD can judge me and i aint tryin to go home..
Not before I complete my mission
like i said before one million niggaz to listen
theres snakes among us but they ain't slithering
they grew legs and feet, they wear du rags and timberlands hissing'
we the chosen ones they want our position
tryin to divide and conquer but i seen it in a vision and ive risen
out the ashes like gold embers in the cold of December
like Jesus on Easter. Soul made to ether. faith makes a believer
but true knowledge is for the truth seekers
and u can sit on ya ass and twiddle ya thumbs
say your prayers and wait 4 death to come
but ima stay a YOUNG G on the grind trying to get
got a big money scheme....and u ain't even with it!
that seem appropriate

I only gave an honest opinion of what I thought upon first listening to it. I will admit that after our conversation I did go back and relisten to the album, especially the tracks you pointed out to me. You have talent...that can not be denied. Maybe the style is a bit off for my personal taste...
