Accused Flasher Arrested
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A local man could face charges after a "flashing" incident involving a jumpsuit, some baby powder and a city bus.
The 48-year-old suspect allegedly boarded a metro bus about 2:30 p.m. on Sunday near 63rd and Manchester. Police said he was wearing a jumpsuit and was covered head-to-toe with baby powder.
Police said the man then unzipped that jumpsuit and started fondling himself on the bus.
The three other passengers complained and the driver kicked the man off the bus.
But as he was leaving, the powdered man allegedly hit the female driver in the face.
Metro Bus Dispatcher Ray Johnson said, "It's not odd. It doesn't happen all the time, but more assaults than the public knows and some don't get reported."
Police caught up with the man not far from the scene.
He'll likely be charged with assault, damage to property and exposure.
