Ridley Scott has indeed been approached to direct the comedic thriller known as "Monopoly." Hasbro's agency (William Morris) promises to overload the movie with high-profile movie stars. Apparently they've already offered roles to Scarlett Johansson and Kirsten Dunst.
"Alien vs. Predator 2" promises to be a "True Blue" monster movie
Movies in production:
Hi-Res Photo of the New Batman Suit! - http://www.comingsoon.net/images/batmannewsuit.jpg
Anthony Michael Hall joins the cast of Batman sequel, "Dark Knight". I read somewhere it will be the character E Nigma, just like the Riddler in Batman Forever, but maybe minus the Riddler.
And the official site is already online.... http://thedarkknight.warnerbros.com/
Pixar's next movie Wall-E, supposedly will have the first live action appearance in Pixar history, including Rowan Atkinson, Willem Dafoe and Emma de Caunes. Actually, that's part of the cast of the latest Mr Bean movie, Mr Bean's Holiday.
"Halloween" remake by Rob Zombie
This summer, fear takes shape once again in Dimension Films' Halloween, a bold re-imagining of John Carpenter's 1978 slasher milestone that has spawned seven sequels and countless copycats. Through the eyes of Rob Zombie - director of House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects - audiences will get a vigorous new take on the film that spawned one of horror's largest followings.
"Tim Roth is poised to battle Ed Norton's Bruce Banner in the re-imagining/sequel to 2003's "Hulk," in which he'll play ex-KGB supervillain Emil Blonsky...AKA Abomination!
Kung Fu Panda is the next PDI / Dreamworks all CGI movie coming out June 6, 2008. At least these guys have other films in mind other than milking the Shrek franchise.
Look out for movies,...
